It's a good idea to order the pickup service well in advance so you can get the pickup time you want. Our transport service vehicles are on the road from Monday to Friday at 10:00–17:00.

Clearance service

We transport saleable items free of charge. In addition, we offer a paid waste station service for items that are not in saleable condition or for which there is no demand through the second-hand stores. Our transport service staff assess saleability and demand when collecting the items.

We also handle clearances of estates, homes, and business premises. If you have a larger amount of goods, please contact us and order a free assessment visit, so we can agree on a possible price based on the overall quantity of goods.

If you're not sure whether your donation is suitable for reuse, read more on the what we accept –page or contact our customer service – we're happy to help you.

For items not suitable for reuse, we offer an affordable waste station service. The customer always has the right to decide during the visit whether to take the waste station service from us.

What we accept

Nextiili in Lielahti receives and sorts all of our association's textiles. You can also bring smaller batches to the Nekala reuse center.

Important instructions for pickup service customers

The items to be donated must be easily accessible

Pack the items ready, e.g. in cardboard boxes or trash bags, so that they are easy to transport, and preferably stack the boxes as well

The transport route must be unobstructed and passable wearing outdoor shoes

If necessary, protect floor surfaces and move valuable or fragile property away from the routes

What if the item isn't suitable for reuse?

A broken item, or one otherwise unfit for sale, is a cost for us too. The pickup service staff check the items to be donated before loading, and they have the right to refuse to accept items unfit for reuse. For such items, we offer an affordable and effortless waste station service as an alternative. The price of the service depends on the amount of goods, and a price estimate can only be given on site.

You can also take items unfit for reuse, sorted, to local waste stations or waste points.

What goods can I donate to you?

We accept intact, tidy and recyclable household and commercial goods.

We also accept small batches of clean, intact, usable textiles and clothing at the Nekala and Lielahti reuse centers.

Larger batches of usable, intact and tidy clothing can be donated directly to Nextiili in Lielahti, Sellukatu 21.

What we accept

How do I donate goods for reuse?

You can bring donations to our stores during their opening hours, or order a pickup service for larger items or batches of goods using the form or by phone at 045 882 4066.

Along with transport we also offer, when needed, an affordable waste station service for goods that are not suitable for the stores or for the association's reuse. This way the customer can, if they wish, easily get rid of the entire batch of goods at once.

Can you deliver my purchases to my home?

Yes. You can order affordable home delivery at the store checkout when making your purchase. The price depends on the distance.

Where can I take goods that are not suitable for reuse?

We offer a paid waste station service for goods that are not reusable or do not belong in the reuse center's range. You can also take goods not suitable for reuse, sorted, to local waste stations or waste points yourself.
